An International Leadership Journey
My professional path as a marketing expert, business leader, and CMO has been an exciting global journey. I’ve worked with businesses and teams across Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Italy, the USA and a few more. Along the way, I’ve contributed to the growth of companies like Adevinta, eBay, Google, Lidl, SEB, and Unilever.
In my diverse roles, I’ve gained deep insight into what it takes to grow people, teams, brands, and ultimately, businesses. I’ve navigated complex business challenges and learned that strong leadership and lasting success are rooted in clear values.
My international experience has given me a rich perspective on leading across cultures and driving meaningful impact. I believe in empowering leaders to reach their full potential by cultivating the mindset and skills needed to thrive in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
My Aha Moment – Leading With Purpose
Years ago, returning from my first parental leave during the Great Recession, I experienced a defining leadership moment. The company I worked for launched the “Sustainable Living Plan” – a bold commitment to double growth while halving environmental impact. At the time, many doubted it could be done.
But it worked. And for me, this was an aha moment: meaningful business growth and positive global impact are not mutually exclusive – they are mutually reinforcing.
This sparked a deep personal shift. Since then, I’ve been drawn to purpose-driven companies, and I’ve carried this belief in sustainable leadership with me ever since.
My vision is a world where leadership is values-driven, human-centered, and a force for positive change.
I imagine workplaces where leaders empower others, where business success and societal contribution go hand in hand – and where sustainable leadership is the norm, not the exception.
From CMO to Coach – Founder With A Mission
After a decade-long journey with infertility, our second child was born. I took a longer parental leave to truly land – physically and mentally. During this time, I trained to become a certified ICF coach, something I had dreamed of for years. That same curiosity led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Psychology, deepening my understanding of the brain and human behavior.
This period of learning and reflection allowed me to reframe my leadership journey and crystallise my purpose: to empower and inspire leaders to grow with intention — and to build businesses that do good.
This is why I founded LEVA Business – a company committed to sustainable leadership and named after my two greatest inspirations, Leah and Nova. They remind me every day why responsible, values-driven leadership matters.
